Simply established itself as a conveyancing services business in 2009 and has become one of the fastest growing conveyancing companies in the UK since being founded in 2000 by Ashley and Susan King as a panel manager for estate agents.
Simply is ahead of the curve technologically, being the first property law firm in the UK to integrate Alexa and is at the forefront of its market in embracing tech, giving it a strong position to invest further in top level service for clients. The Group has invested over £1m from 2016 to 2019, developing its proprietary, state of the art and industry leading conveyancing platform, eConvey.
Since the beginning of 2017, Simply has grown its transaction volumes by 44% in a housing market where transaction volumes are currently flat year on year. Through investment in technology and its processes, Simply has bucked the broader negative trend in the market as it has enabled high levels of productivity.
