Livingbridge, one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investors, today announces three new Partners, effective from 1st January 2023. The promotions round off a strong 2022, which has seen Livingbridge make five new investments, complete 31 strategic bolt-on acquisitions, and invest £315 million of capital across its funds.
Matt Jacobs started his career at PwC in Transaction Services before spending two years in a corporate development role at Sainsbury’s. He joined Livingbridge in 2016 and was recently promoted to Head of Services.
Sanjay Panchal has over 16 years’ experience in private equity, having started his career with Teachers’ Private Capital after which he moved to portfolio management with Barclays Ventures. He joined Livingbridge in 2016 and has been an integral part of the healthcare team.
Jeremy Dennison joined Livingbridge in 2018; as General Counsel he is responsible for the firm’s transactional and corporate legal, governance and compliance activities. Prior to Livingbridge he was a private equity M&A lawyer at Travers Smith, a leading UK law firm.
