Jeremy Dennison

Jeremy is a Partner at Livingbridge and the firm's General Counsel. He supports the investment team with new investments and portfolio company matters and provides legal advice to the business generally.

Prior to joining Livingbridge in 2018, Jeremy spent over 10 years as a transactional M&A lawyer at Travers Smith and Goodwin Procter. He graduated from Durham University with a degree in Business Economics and completed his post graduate legal studies at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
