Care Management Group is a leading provider of specialist residential care services for individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and associated mental health needs.

Our investment enabled chief executive, Michael Buckingham, to buy out the co-founders and offer the management team equity. The company was then able to focus on an M&A strategy to accelerate growth by acquiring care facilities with the exacting standards they were deploying themselves.
