Steve Gardner

Steve oversees the HR function for Livingbridge, whilst managing his own HR Consultancy business. This means that he supports the team with all aspects of HR from recruitment to retirement and everything in between.

Before setting up independently, he was Livingbridge’s in-house Head of HR from 2018 - 2023. Prior to that he spent 15 years in increasingly senior roles within Investment Banking HR, at CIBC, Hawkpoint and then Canaccord Genuity.

He graduated from Exeter University with a History degree, and then attended Westminster Business School, gaining an MA in Personnel Development. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
