Livingbridge is proud to announce that its portfolio company, T-Pro, a market leader in workflow, speech recognition, and ambient scribe technology, has acquired Sound Business Systems Limited (SBS), a well-established provider of clinical documentation software for healthcare organisations across New Zealand and Australia.
This is the second strategic acquisition by T-Pro following Livingbridge’s investment, underscoring our continued support for the company’s ambitious international expansion and long-term vision to transform healthcare documentation through cutting-edge AI solutions. Following previous successful acquisitions of Syberscribe (2022) and NTS (2023).
