Our expertise has been built through the lessons we’ve learned during our 100+ investments together. This knowledge has been built across the breadth of our funds and sectors by a constant desire to question the norm and to expand our perspectives. We’re curious people who are always hungry to find the answer and solve the puzzle.
Because what we really do is back people, the relationships we build are important to us. We take the time to get to know and understand everyone that we work with and in turn make the effort to ensure that you know and understand us. We take a collaborative approach in everything that we do, starting within our own business where our teams work together closely, creating a flow of ideas and insight that allows us to better leverage our combined expertise. We share the lessons we learn with our investee management teams and network and encourage them to do the same at our regular investee seminars and networking events.
We don’t do half-baked ideas and whether it’s a quick question or a new strategic initiative, we pride ourselves on our considered manner. It’s important for us to think it through. But that doesn’t mean that we’re restricted by precedent; we continually take a fresh view from different perspectives, bringing a new approach to the table to spot opportunities and find creative solutions.
