Saad: You've got to have a competitive advantage in an attractive sector that has potential for profitable growth. But critically, I think, and increasingly so, particularly given the millennial nature of the workforce going forward, you've got to have energizing, motivating cultures and environments in which people spend the bulk of their working day. Particularly in this day and age where you've got to really work hard, I think, to not only recruit the talent but retain the talent. As a famous management philosopher once said, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast," and I really believe that. You need to, therefore, have a great culture and a great people dimension to what you do as a business to be successful.
