It evolved to offer data services and contact sales solutions. In doing so becoming a leading provider of digital, data, customer intelligence, technology and multi-channel contact services across the entire customer lifecycle.
LBM was sold to Stream Global Services in 2013. Stream Global Services is a global provider of sales, customer service and technical support services for the Fortune 1000. When the business was sold to Stream, LBM had 2,500 staff across 6 UK locations, providing solutions for respected brands across many industry sectors including telecoms, financial services, utilities, automotive and retail.

Livingbridge acquires a controlling stake in LBM. It operated four call centres and a data services unit provided consulting, analytical and data management to clients to help them design more targeted campaigns. Management team enhanced through investment period with addition of a chairman, finance director and a CEO
LBM is sold to Stream Global Services
