Bon Marche is a nationwide retailer specialising in value-for-money clothing for women aged 45 and over.
In July 2001, Livingbridge invested in Bon Marche through a replacement capital transaction. In the 12 months of the investment, the company increased its number of stores from 210 to 250 and in July 2002, after 12 months of successful development, the business was acquired by Peacocks for £75m.
“We are extremely grateful for Livingbridge’s contribution in relation to our growth, corporate development and maximised shareholder value.”
