TSA Xigo2

TSA Management, a leading, Australia-based project management consultancy, today announces its partnership with New Zealand-based Xigo. The transaction follows our investment in TSA in December 2017.

Founded in 2010, Xigo is a team of 55 highly-experienced project managers based in Auckland, Wellington and Tauranga. Like TSA, Xigo specialise in providing independent, project-based services to private sector and government clients undertaking capital works projects across a range of sectors including infrastructure, education, healthcare and aged care.

The partnership extends TSA’s geographical footprint into a new market and adds growth in collective expertise. Thanks to Xigo and TSA’s complementary services, shared values and ambitions for the future, the partnership provides opportunity for accelerated growth in the combined business.

Commenting on the partnership, Andrew Wilson, CEO at TSA Management, said:

“We are thrilled about the opportunities that will come from this partnership with Xigo, for our people and our business. Xigo has extensive collective experience providing a broad range of project management services. They are a perfect fit for the markets they serve and a perfect complement to TSA.”

“We can now offer the collective expertise of over 250 project managers across two countries and eight offices. Having an increased geographical footprint will provide new and different locations and challenging projects for people to learn from and share with, helping us to leave positive legacies for those who live in the communities we create.”

David Wilke, director, Xigo said:

“Since our inception in 2010, this is a key step for the business, moving into an exciting chapter of growth and development. As we continue to move forward and join forces with TSA Management, we are positive that over time the increased capability will bring along exciting learning experiences for all our employees and benefit our clients.”

Oliver Mauldridge, Livingbridge said:

“This is fantastic news for both TSA and Xigo. The partnership is recognition of a collective ambition to create Australasia’s leading independent project management consulting business. There are exciting times ahead. Continued growth will allow the group to provide great opportunities for its people and outcomes for its clients.”
