Curt joins us from the ABILITY Network, where he was the Vice President (Corporate Development). During his time there, he managed all phases of ABILITY’s M&A and strategic partnerships, leading eight acquisitions during his tenure. Prior to this, Curt was an Engagement Manager at PwC M&A Advisory (2008-2014) and a Strategy Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (2007-2008).
He will be joining Rebecca Hooley, Principal at Livingbridge US, who moved from our London office to open the recently launched Boston office. The Boston office has been established to provide on the ground advice and support for investee companies with a presence in the US and those looking to enter the market.
Almost a quarter of our investees have a presence in the US, and we provide support in the hiring of talent along with the sourcing and execution of M&A opportunites.
