Building a robust leadership team at Bright Futures





Daniel Jones, CEO of Bright Futures, discusses how we have helped to build out their senior team and supported the business through a transition of ownership. 


Daniel: A key part when the Livingbridge investment took place was to find a successor to the previous owner who was exiting the organisation. Livingbridge went through their talent portfolio, and I was identified from that, as was my chief finance officer. In the last 12 months, we've appointed a specific recruitment co-ordinator, and we're just about to appoint a quality lead in the school. Having those roles will in essence make sure that we retain great quality services and engaged staff teams; that our internal processing systems remain robust; and that our financial performance remains strong.
