Paul Bradford, chief executive officer at Southern Communications, attended the chair’s dinner to receive the award at Banqueting House, London.
The dinner brought together BVCA chairs past and present, senior industry, parliamentarian and media officials and regulators, for a high level evening looking at the impact of the industry.
Southern Communications employs more than 280 staff across the UK and has more than 50 years of experience in providing businesses with cloud, network, voice, mobile and security solutions.
We invested in Southern Communications 2016 in order to support the management team to help grow the customer base, introduce new product lines and services. This award follows a record year for which saw the business recognised in Southern Tech 100 2018 as well as the Comms National Awards 2018. The business was also awarded first place at the Thames Valley Tech Awards 2018: High Growth Tech Business.
On collecting the award, Paul said:
“I am delighted to be presented with this award. I am very proud of the whole team at Southern Communications.
“We have built a strong management team and have the best employees in the industry.
“This award is a great recognition for the business and a fantastic achievement, which wouldn’t have been possible without the backing of Livingbridge, who provide fantastic support through the delivery or our growth plans.”
Matthew Caffrey at Livingbridge commented:
"We are all delighted that the deserving management team at Southern Communications have won this prestigious award, particularly against such strong competition.
Since 2016, we have had the privilege of supporting this outstanding team as they consolidate the business' position as an industry leader through strategic hires, extended product lines and corporate development."
