Situated in the new Riverside Walk retail and leisure development, the independently-owned restaurant group offers great value French food such as Confit de canard, the bestselling Boeuf bourguignon maison and, of course, steak-frites.
The town is undergoing significant regeneration and this new addition to the food and drink scene will bring up to 50 new jobs to the area.
Rob Beacham, co-owner for Bistrot Pierre, who started the business with school friend, John Whitehead, said:
“We’re investing almost £1 million in our new premises which will transform one of the premier locations at Riverside Walk into a beautifully-styled French bistrot. We are looking forward to bringing our delicious French bistrot cooking to Kidderminster and I’m confident we’ll grow a loyal customer base in the area thanks to our popular seasonal menus which use the freshest ingredients and are carefully-prepared by our talented chefs daily.
“We are proud that the Bistrot Pierre family is growing and that we are creating job opportunities locally in a number of front and back of house roles. Kidderminster has a bright future and is set to be an up and coming area as other retailers and eateries are choosing to invest in the town too.”
Livingbridge, the leading mid-market private equity business, has completed a £9.8m investment in French restaurant group Bistrot Pierre, the Group’s first investment from its new, £220m, Enterprise 2 fund.
