Nick White commented:
“I am delighted to be joining this fantastic business at such an exciting time with significant plans for the future. I have built a strong relationship with the team at Bistrot Pierre over the last few months working with them as a consultant.
“Bistrot Pierre is all about great value French cooking and seasonal menus served up in an outstanding environment. The team have a passion which is not only infectious, but it has created something very special and a bit of a hidden gem in the crowded UK market. When I was asked to take on a permanent role, I had no hesitation and I am excited about the journey ahead."
John Whitehead and Robert Beacham, founded the business in 1994.
Co-founder Rob said:
“We are both delighted to have someone with Nick’s experience join the team. We have been working with Nick recently and his positive impact has been significant and we look forward to him joining the Board in late October.”
