Livingbridge is delighted to announce that CSC World and Independent Community Care Management (ICCM) have both been announced as winners of a BVCA Management Team Award within their respective regions.
The national winners will be announced in London on 18 June 2014. Read below for more information about CSC World and ICCM.
Mark Roberts, CEO of CSC World has won CEO of the Year in the North East.
CSC develops innovative software and supports structural engineers across six continents. Living Bridge sold CSC World to NASDAQ listed Trimble in November 2013 after a five year investment period. During that time, and against a difficult economic backdrop, the business remained a UK market leader and was able to grow and develop its loyal customer base through expansion into new geographies including the U.S., Middle East, Africa and India.
Pete Clarke, Livingbridge, who worked with Mark and his team during Livingbridge’s investment period, comments: “Mark consistently delivered on plans to build CSC organically, through acquisition and internationally, and has been instrumental in the success of CSC’s growth story. This award is testament to his leadership skills, particularly given the extremely challenging economic conditions being experienced at the time.”
Independent Community Care Management (ICCM) has won the Community and Environmental Action Award in the Midlands.
ICCM is a live-out provider of community based, personalised healthcare packages for individuals with complex and long-term degenerative conditions. By working closely with clients, carers and healthcare commissioners, ICCM builds tailored solutions that ensure that even those with the most challenging of conditions can be allowed to live independently in their own homes.
Livingbridge invested in ICCM in November 2011 and has worked closely with the team to build national recognition for ICCM’s specialist capabilities, particularly in ventilated care management which represents a significant proportion of the client base.
Matthew Caffrey, Livingbridge, who led the investment in ICCM and also sits on the board, comments: “ICCM is a business with an outstanding proposition and a team of highly regarded professionals who are passionate about its people and clients and have an absolute focus on quality of care. This award is fantastic recognition for the dedication, effort, personal input and support that the whole ICCM team delivers across the amazing group of individuals it cares for.”
