Tess Andrews

Tess joined Livingbridge in 2021 and is a member of our Value Strategy Group. She currently sits on the boards of Simply Conveyancing, Wob, Helping Hands, Titan, Jensten and Witherslack. 

Prior to Livingbridge, Tess spent five years in the non-profit sector managing government-funded homeless hostels and social care contracts in Central London. She gained experience of winning and leading delivery of government funded contracts and management of large unionised teams. She then spent seven years in strategy consulting at Korn Ferry and latterly at McKinsey working across sectors and contexts. 

Tess graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and also holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School.
