Value Strategy Group

“At Livingbridge I’m lucky to partner with exceptional entrepreneurs to grow businesses that offer amazing services and products to their customers.”

My role in the Value Strategy Group is to support our portfolio companies to define and deliver ambitious growth strategies that materially increase value. Partnering with management teams for the entire duration of our investment enables a real focus on building strong, long-lasting and collaborative relationships. I love both the variety of the role and the opportunity it provides to learn from inspirational entrepreneurs every day.

I studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford University and later completed an MBA at London Business School. I spent the early part of my career managing large government-funded homeless hostels in central London, giving me hands on experience of leading a large unionised team, managing cost and quality tradeoffs and complex stakeholder relationships. I then broadened my experience working as a management consultant at Korn Ferry on people strategy projects, and latterly at McKinsey where I worked across sectors and contexts. I also spent five years setting up and running my own leather goods company, giving me insight into the operational challenges of running a consumer business, from product design and manufacturing to distribution and marketing.

Outside of work I am a keen Crossfitter and enjoy making clothes for my children, who to my dismay are becoming increasingly opinionated about what they are willing to wear.
