Delivering Project M&A
Our corporate development team supported TSA to map it’s M&A strategy. The company expanded in 2019 following the acquisitions of Xigo and Xact, two project management consultancy firms. Both deals extend TSA’s geographical footprint into new markets and add to the collective pool of expertise.
