The business was founded in 1998 and now operates from its head office in Nottingham, with offices across the world in New York, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
The sound of success
- Livingbridge funded the management buyout of the business in May 2013. The investment enabled Red Box’s founders to realise the value they had created in the company over the previous 15 years.
- We are helping the business to cement its leading global position in the compliance driven market through new products, reseller and partner channel development, and improved service quality.
- Since the buyout, our in-house talent team has worked to strengthen the senior management team with the appointment of a global sales director, CFO and CTO. In 2016, Richard Stevenson was appointed as CEO to drive a repositioning of the business.
- In addition, there has been investment in all areas of the business to drive and support growth, including numerous partnerships in order to enhance the business' complete voice offering.
