We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Prosser as Chairman of our investee loveholidays, one of the fastest growing online travel agencies in the UK.
Richard has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, including 14 years on the Group Management Boards at First Choice Holiday PLC and TUI Travel PLC, where he was the founding Managing Director of the Specialist Holidays Division which comprised over 40 brands and diverse companies operating from many different source markets around the world. For five years he was also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Aviation, Travel and Tourism Council.
Since 2010, he has been appointed as Chairman of several well known, private equity backed businesses, including the successful online car rental business CarTrawler. He is currently Chairman at Rhubarb, the international premium hospitality group, which is another investment by Livingbridge that specialises in luxury event catering, iconic restaurant dining and venue hospitality. Other positions he currently holds are at Tuskerdirect and Audley Travel.
Livingbridge invested in loveholidays in May 2018. The business, headquartered in London, offers great value holidays, sold online to a wide variety of beach and city destinations, allowing customers to select their ideal holidays through it’s bespoke ‘discovery search’ technology.
