Livingbridge investee Vendigital announces the appointment of a new CFOO

Vendigital has today announced the appointment of Emma Charsley (formerly Davies) to chief finance and operating officer (CFOO) to support further rapid growth in both existing and new markets.

Emma has over 18 years’ experience in establishing and helping to grow entrepreneurial businesses. She recently worked with Livingbridge as CEO and CFO of Thomas Fudge’s, where she developed the company’s commercial strategy, optimising its growth and financial performance.

In her new role at Vendigital, Emma will join the management team to help drive the business’s long-term, high-growth objectives.

Earlier this year, the firm was ranked by the Financial Times as a Top 25 Leading UK Management Consultancy, and achieved success at the prestigious 2019 MCA Awards, where it received the Commercial Excellence award in recognition of its work with FTSE 250 manufacturing company, Spectris.

Dominic Jephcott & Roy Williams, co-founders and managing partners at Vendigital, commented:

“We are thrilled to be welcoming Emma to Vendigital. She brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to the team having previously held a number of pivotal senior commercial roles. She is a valuable addition to our leadership team and we have no doubt Emma will play an integral role in supporting our wider organisational objectives and long-term commercial success.”

Commenting on her new role, Emma added:

“I am delighted to be joining Vendigital at such an exciting time in the company’s growth journey. As an industry leader in cost and operational strategies, the business has achieved an immense amount in recent years – having grown revenues and headcount significantly – and the industry accolades that the business has achieved are testament to the drive of the firm’s leaders. This position is the ideal opportunity to further strengthen the next stage in Vendigital’s strategic growth plans.”
