Livingbridge investee company TitanHQ acquires Cyber Risk Aware

Livingbridge, one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investors, is pleased to announce that investee company TitanHQ has acquired Cyber Risk Aware, a security awareness platform.

Headquartered in Galway, Ireland and with offices in Florida, TitanHQ provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and businesses with advanced web filtering, email security and archiving solutions.  The company has over 20 years’ experience in the cyber security sector and protects over 8,500 businesses and 2,500 MSPs across 150 countries, including Virgin, O2, ViaSat, Pepsi and Datto.

Having identified the growing market momentum for SaaS-based security solutions, Livingbridge invested in Titan in 2020, and has supported TitanHQ’s growth plans through increased investment in product development and people.

Cyber Risk Aware is a leading security awareness platform, with a portfolio of blue-chip clients including Invesco, Standard Chartered and Glen Dimplex. The company’s comprehensive security awareness and phishing simulation platform educates and empowers employees to be the first line of defence against phishing, ransomware, business email compromise and data breaches, whilst also enabling organisations to meet compliance obligations.

The acquisition will further bolster TitanHQ’s already extensive security offering. The combination of intelligent security awareness training with phishing simulation and TitanHQ’s advanced email protection and DNS security solutions creates a powerful, multi-layered cybersecurity platform that protects end-users from compromise.
