Livingbridge’s investee company FluidOne has acquired SAS Global Group, a provider of managed networks and IT services to mid-market and enterprise customers.

This transaction marks FluidOne’s third bolt-on during Livingbridge’s tenure. Founded in 1989, SAS designs, deploys and manages SD-WAN hybrid networks, which are supported by its innovative monitoring and management portal, serving over 150 customers with sites in 65 countries, with a focus on companies that have over 1,000 employees.

“Building on the acquisition of PSU Business Technology Limited (PSU) in October 2020, and investment in Cyber Security Associates Ltd (CSA) the following month, this acquisition represents a strategic opportunity for FluidOne to incorporate capabilities in SD-WAN, SASE and shared workspace connectivity solutions into its service offering. This combination will enable the firm access to a high-quality enterprise and corporate client base with a similar sector mix,”

Simon Hollingsworth, Partner at Livingbridge comments.

This has created a £60m revenue group with 240 staff serving 1,300 customers and resellers, underlining the firm’s ambitious growth strategy and its strong track record in successfully integrating new businesses.

Russell Horton, CEO of FluidOne, said: “I’m thrilled to be welcoming SAS into the fold. The company represents a complementary acquisition for FluidOne, aligning with our value strategy of building a Connected Cloud Solutions business targeted at mid-market customers with services across connectivity, IT MSP, cloud, UC, Mobile and cybersecurity. We have developed a close relationship with the company’s highly experienced management team over the past few years, and I look forward to building the best quality provider of Connected Cloud Solutions to UK businesses with them.”
