• The investment by Livingbridge enabled Quantix to relocate, recruit new staff and pursue acquisition targets
• In the first year post the MBO the sales team was doubled, a marketing team was established and the technical services delivery team expanded
• A new finance director, who previously worked with Livingbridge at software company Blue8, was introduced to strengthen the senior team
• In 2011 Quantix is sold to Interoute, owner operator of Europe’s largest next-generation network and private cloud platform, rebranding as Interoute Application Management
