My role sits within the value strategy team, focusing on helping our investee companies address challenges they may face with customer acquisition and retention. Whilst all the companies we work with are different, they all share the goal of growing their customer base. Focusing on customer acquisition as a common language is something I’ve found to be incredibly powerful and a great frame for how we can help.
Before joining Livingbridge I was a strategy consultant, working at McKinsey for 2 years. My work there focused largely on supporting clients in the private equity and TMT sectors with questions around their strategy and acquisitions. I deeply enjoyed my time in consulting, working together with clients to find solutions which were feasible and helping to drive change.
Outside of work, my biggest passions are reading and technology. I think the impact technology is currently having on both businesses and consumers is profound, and love to test the latest ideas by building small apps. When not sat in front of a computer, I try to get to the gym on a moderately-frequent basis.
