Helping Hands ranked in the top 50 Best Places to Work for the second year running

Congratulations to investee Helping Hands for being awarded a top 50 place for the second consecutive year in the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards: Best Places to Work in 2019.

Unlike other awards, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are entirely based on the feedback of employees shared on Glassdoor, both voluntarily and anonymously. To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year.

Helping Hands are amongst the top UK businesses to work for with over 1000 employees, based entirely on feedback from their dedicated teams.

Earlier this year, Helping Hands CEO, Tim Lee, received an impressive 92% approval rating on Glassdoor. This meant he was recognised as the care industry’s highest-ranked CEO, and no. 32 on Glassdoor’s list of Top 50 UK CEOs to work for.

Karen Rayfield, Helping Hands director of people and performance, comments:

“It makes me incredibly proud to hear how much our employees enjoy working here and that they feel valued in their roles. There’s definitely a culture of care here at Helping Hands and our employees are right at the heart of that – we wouldn’t be where we are today without them!”
