We invested in B2B internet service provider, Metronet UK, in 2014 and have since supported two transformative acquisitions: the £47.5m acquisition of M247 in 2016 and the acquisition of Venus Business Communications in 2017. The enlarged group, now operating under the M247 brand, employs over 250 people across six European sites, supporting 34,000 customers across 92 countries.
Since our investment in personalised logistics provider Carousel in 2013, we’ve supported the acquisition of Solihull-based AYS Logistics and a merger with German logistics provider, LSi Logistik which has further extended Carousel’s footprint across Europe.
