Bistrot Pierre, the French restaurant group backed by Livingbridge, has appointed Nick White as chief operating officer.
The former managing director of Bella Italia starts his new role from 30 October in the midst of Bistrot Pierre’s rapid expansion programme backed by private-equity firm Livingbridge.
In the last 12 months the business has almost doubled in size having successfully opened restaurants in Mere Green, Altrincham, Mumbles, Kidderminster and Middlesbrough. The expansion plan continues with around five new openings a year planned throughout 2018 and 2019.
Nick has been working with the Bistrot Pierre group on a consultancy basis since January 2017 after stepping down from the Casual Dining Group where he spent five years leading the reinvigoration of the business and subsequent expansion.
