Translator for public and private sector

Language Line is a translation services provider to the public and private sectors. Livingbridge invested in Language Line in 2003 in a management buy out. Following Livingbridge’s investment and additions to the management team, including the introduction of Livingbridge operating partner, Ian Williamson, as chairman, Language Line Inc approached Livingbridge with an offer. Language Line was sold to LLI, the leading telephone interpretation provider in the US, in 2005.

“Livingbridge provided the right support at the right time to the executive team in order to enhance shareholder value.”

Ian Williamson, Executive Chairman
